Court Office Hours :

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Wednesday--court office will only be open during active court sessions 

• Wednesday's : Due to limited staff during court, phones call will not be accepted, please call back on a non court date for any court matters.

• Covid restrictions only allow for limited number of parties in the court room at one time.  Court times have been adjusted to fit these needs. If your not sure of the correct time of your court appearance, please call the court office at 662-449-3152.

• Individuals on the court docket are the only ones allowed in the court room at this time minor with a parent present, have a caregiver present, or other medical needs, may have one person present.

By paying your citation online, you will be entering a GUILTY plea and waiving your rights to a trial and or another court date on that matter, as well as the violation will be recorded as a conviction and report to the Mississippi Department of Public Safety. If you wish to plea NOT GUILTY you must appear on your assigned court date and time.
